Salt and pepper to taste. Cut potatoes and onions in large chunks and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Add chunks of garlic and boil 5-7 more minutes. When potatoes are soft, add greens and boil one minute more. Mash all with butter, salt, herbs and sour cream.
